Yes we offer instant Cash on delivery available nationwide! Delivery is fast and products are delivered in good condition. We also offer free delivery within Accra Only.

We use VIP Transport service for orders within Ghana and DHL International Express for the rest of the world. Orders received Monday to Friday before 3pm, are shipped the same day and orders received after 3pm are shipped next business day. There are no orders shipped out on Saturday, Sunday or on holidays. If you place your order on those days it will be shipped out the following business day.

All deliveries come with online tracking and all orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked boxes.

When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, we can't give you cheaper, please kindly understand.But we can promise that we will not ask you to pay more shipping cost, if you think it is too expensive, you can use your own shipping company, it is ok for us.

We do not have any payment information online yet. All transactions are done via Cash on delivery, recognized payment gateway called GH pay or other related local payments may be accepted for now, which is very safe and secure to do payments to us.

We accept payments through GH Pay, Online Banking Transfer, MTN Mobile Money and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Your payment details can be rejected due to incorrect information being entered, mismatching of the shipping and billing address or non-availability of funds in your account. In such cases, please contact your bank or reload your account and try again.


You will receive an order confirmation email from us with details of your purchase along with shipping details and a tracking number.

We levy a nominal shipping charge based on the weight of the product. On an average, a single product can incur a charge of Ghs7.

Your order will be processed within 48 hours after which most courier companies usually take between 2-10 working days to make a delivery.

You can change the delivery address by contacting our Customer Service at, before the order gets verified. The delivery address cannot be changed after you receive a confirmation email. So make sure you check your orders carefully before you checkout.

We currently do not accept returns or offer cash refunds for a purchase. However, you may exchange a product within 5 business days of receiving your order. You may exchange an item if you are not satisfied with your purchase or in cases of manufacturing defects or if you have received a wrong product. Kindly complete and submit the Product Exchange Form within 24 hours of receiving your order.

After you submit the Product Exchange Form, we will assess your exchange request. Once it is approved, we will credit TAE Cash Points into your account, which you can redeem against any product purchase. There will be a convenience fee of GH10 levied on all product exchange requests.

You may exchange your purchase within 7 business days of receiving your order.

To exchange an item, kindly complete and submit the Product Exchange Form within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to send the item back to us. All items must be returned through registered airmail/courier and must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged by you. Items returned must be in their original packaging with their original tags and barcodes intact. You are also required to retain a copy of the purchase invoice.

Once we receive the items returned by you, we will process the exchange within 14 business days.

The cost of shipping the item back to TAE will be borne by the customer except in cases where the item has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product is received. TAE does not take responsibility of goods damaged during transit.

Most of the fabrics used for our products are delicate and need special care. This includes printed, embroidered and embellished fabrics. As a result, there may be slight variations in color, texture and finish. We recommend Dry Clean only to retain the overall quality of the fabric and avoid any damage.

Some cotton fabrics are delicate and may be prone to shrinkage. We recommend Dry Clean only to retain the overall quality of the fabric and avoid any damage.

As we use industrial dyes for some of our products, there may be a possibility that the color of some fabrics may bleed. However, if you dry Clean the product, there will be no bleeding of the fabric.
